Brahminy Blind Snake

These snakes are native to Southern Asia & are a non-native in North America. They are often transported around the world in the soil of ornamental plants. They are commonly found in gardens & potted plants. Brahminy Blind Snakes have become the most wide-ranging terrestrial reptile species in the world. They are parthenogenetic (all individuals are females). Unfertilized eggs begin cell division without sperm from a male.
